K-LO, Inc. – K-LO is a very small woman owned business that has developed core skills in program management and business modeling supporting the Bureau of Naval Personnel Corporate Data Managers in the development and implementation of the Sea Warrior Career Management System. This effort will ultimately become the Navy HR enabler for the Chief of Naval Operation’s Sea Power 21 Vision.
